TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Fullstack OS. These Terms of Service govern your use of PhotoStack and all other current or future "stacked" modules within our platform. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

1. SUBSCRIPTIONS & AUTOMATIC BILLING

To ensure your project data remains secure and accessible, Fullstack OS operates on a recurring billing cycle.

Standard Billing Date: All active accounts are automatically charged on the 6th day of each month.
For "New Sign-up": Users who sign up after the 6th of any given month will receive a prorated "free period" until the next billing cycle begins on the 6th of the following month.
Note: While sign-ups later in the month receive a shorter free window, this ensures all users are synced to a single, predictable billing date.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through the Account Settings menu. Requests submitted via settings are effective immediately for the next billing cycle.
Upon cancellation or termination of your account, you will have a 30-day window to export your data. After this 30-day period, we reserve the right to permanently delete all associated data.

2. PAYMENTS & GRACE PERIOD

Failed Payments: If a scheduled charge fails on the 6th, we provide a grace period of five (5) business days from the failure date to update your payment information.
Service Interruption: If payment is not resolved within this grace period, your account will enter "Read-Only" mode (viewing only). Continued non-payment will lead to full account suspension.

3. MIGRATION ASSURANCE & DATA INTEGRITY

We understand that moving thousands of photos is a massive undertaking. While migration inherently carries risks of metadata mismatch or incomplete transfers, we provide the following assurances:

The Integrity Check: Our system includes robust automated methods with the goal to complete the initial import in full. Final Summary "double-checks" imports against the source data to ensure completeness.
Re-Import Capability: If an import is found to be incomplete, we offer a "Re-import" feature that identifies and fetches only the missing items without creating duplicates of data already in your stack.
Final Responsibility: While we provide these specialized tools to secure your data, Fullstack OS is not liable for permanent data loss caused by third-party API limitations or source-side errors.

4. FAIR USE & STORAGE

PhotoStack provides (in some plans) unlimited storage and users to support your legitimate business operations and team members involved.

Intended Use: These "unlimited" features are intended for active construction, contracting, and home/field service management.
Rate Limiting: We reserve the right to "throttle" (slow down) or temporarily restrict accounts that are unusually exceeding normal usage patterns for API calls or storage uploads.
Note: Our limits are high; it would take heavy, non-standard activity to trigger these protections, which exist solely to protect system integrity for all users.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & OWNERSHIP

Ownership: PhotoStack and all other "stacked" modules are the exclusive property of Fullstack OS.
User Data: You retain full ownership of all data you upload. You grant us a license to host, backup, and process this data to provide the service.
