At Fullstack OS, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the data you entrust to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information across PhotoStack and all other "stacked" modules.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

To provide a functional business OS for contractors, we collect several types of data:

Account Information: Name, business email, company name, and phone number.
Billing Information: Payment details are collected and "vaulted" by our third-party processor, Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
Jobsite Data: Photos, project titles, and addresses uploaded by you or your team.
Metadata: GPS coordinates, timestamps, and camera settings embedded in uploaded photos (EXIF data) used to power our Map and Timeline features.

2. DATA ENRICHMENT (CHROME EXTENSION)

If you utilize the Fullstack OS Data Enricher Chrome Extension to migrate data from third-party platforms:

Scope: The extension reads only the specific initials and names displayed in your authorized browser session to match uploaders to your PhotoStack projects.
Storage: This mapping data is used strictly for your account and is not shared with any other users or third parties.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We use your information solely to operate and improve our services:

To create and maintain your secure project database.
To process monthly subscription payments via Stripe.
To provide automated organization (AI Sorting) and "re-import" assurances for your data integrity.
To provide technical support and critical service updates.

4. THIRD-PARTY DATA SHARING

We do not sell your data to advertisers. We only share data with essential service providers necessary to run the platform:

Infrastructure: Supabase and AWS for secure data and photo hosting.
Payments: Stripe for secure transaction processing.
Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety and integrity of our platform.

5. DATA OWNERSHIP & SECURITY

Ownership: You retain 100% ownership of all photos and proprietary business data uploaded to Fullstack OS.
Security: We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) for data in transit and at rest. While no system is 100% secure, we take proactive measures to safeguard your jobsite data.

6. YOUR RIGHTS & DATA DELETION

Access & Correction: You may update your account info at any time through your settings.
Deletion: Upon cancellation, you have a 30-day window to export your data before it is permanently removed from our servers.
